Nature of Bennu: Bennu is a financial technology company that develops self-custody software. Bennu is NOT a bank, cryptocurrency exchange, asset custodian, or regulated investment service provider.

Self-Custody: Bennu facilitates self-custody, allowing users to have exclusive control over their funds through private keys. Users are solely responsible for the custody and security of their digital assets.

Decentralized Protocols: All trading activities, yield generation, and decentralized finance (DeFi) occur directly on decentralized protocols and blockchain networks. Bennu does NOT intermediate, custody, or control these transactions.

Fiat Services: Fiat currency services, including fiat-to-stablecoin conversions and fiat account number management, are provided by Bridge Ventures, Inc. ("Bridge"), a licensed and regulated money transmitter in the United States that complies with relevant regulations in the U.S. and the European Economic Area (EEA). Bridge is NOT a bank.

1. Acceptance: By accessing and using this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility: You must be of legal age according to the laws of your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Permitted Use: The platform must be used only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibitions: The use of the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity that violates local or international laws is prohibited.

5. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys, passwords, and access credentials.

Data Collection: We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, including wallet addresses, public blockchain transaction history, and voluntarily provided data.

Data Use: Data is used exclusively to improve user experience, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraudulent activities.

Protection: We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data.

No Sale: We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

User Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or port your personal data according to applicable laws.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): We collaborate with Bridge to implement AML controls according to applicable regulations.

Know Your Customer (KYC): We may require identity verification for certain services or transaction amounts.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.

Geographic Restrictions: The service may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is the user's responsibility to verify the legality of use in their location.
